Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mechanical service and construction projects in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on coordinating activities, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining organized project records from startup through closeout.

The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, field teams, customers, and vendors, leveraging Accubid, MS Project and Bluebeam to drive on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using Accubid, Microsoft Project and Bluebeam at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with local municipal procedures for plans, permits, codes and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and administration of mechanical construction and service projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
• Support project scheduling, procurement, and material tracking activities.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, field teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare project reports, job cost updates, and other project-related documentation.
• Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables to support on-time completion.
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and project billing processes.
• Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and coordinating project-related requests.
• Ensure project files and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
