Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support project managers and collaborate with internal teams and external customers on mechanical service and construction activities. You will help manage budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure owner/client satisfaction and project success.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction, a relevant engineering/CM degree, and experience with Accubid, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related construction industry experience.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or pursuing such degree.
• Experience with Accubid, MS Project and Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, peers and subcontractors.
• Estimate, budget and control labor and material costs.
• Understand plans and schedule to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare timely project documentation including RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement activities and equipment needs.
• Support QA, safety, and subcontract work; adapt tasks by project requirements.
