Momentive Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Process Development Engineer to lead the development of advanced quartz materials and ceramic products. You will guide technology introductions, support customers, and scale up processes from bench to high-volume manufacturing.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced Mechanical Engineering degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience designing high-temperature processing equipment, performing DOE, and applying Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Advanced Mechanical Engineering degree and strong analytical skills.
• Experience delivering new quartz/ceramic processing technology.
• Ability to lead complex pilot-scale to manufacturing transfers.

Responsabilités

• Develop new quartz products and high-temp processing methods.
• Lead cross-functional NPI projects including prototyping and scale-up.
• Apply project management for budgeting and scheduling.
• Produce IP through patents and internal reports.
• Provide manufacturing technical support for high-temp processing.
