Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Identify discrepancies, scope gaps, and potential cost risks before bids.
• Prepare detailed estimates, bid summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and field personnel to validate assumptions and pricing.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor pricing, and historical project costs.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, piping, or other mechanical systems is a plus.
