Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Plumbing Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to design, implement, and oversee plumbing systems for a variety of construction projects. You will leverage your experience with Domestic Cold Water, Sanitary Waste & Vent, Roof Drainage, and Vacuum Systems to deliver safe, efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on plumbing design, strong Revit skills, and a solid grasp of codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing design experience in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in Revit, Domestic Cold Water, Sanitary Waste & Vent, Roof Drainage, Compressed Air, and Vacuum Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee plumbing systems for diverse projects (cold water, sanitary, roof drainage, compressed air, vacuum).
• Use Revit to create detailed drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate designs.

As a Permanent Plumbing Engineer, you will be joining a dynamic and passionate team in the construction industry. • Use your proficiency in Revit to create detailed technical drawings and plans.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure plumbing designs are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the plumbing systems are installed correctly and meet all safety and efficiency standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation of plumbing systems.


• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in plumbing engineering to continually improve our processes and designs.


• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.


• Ensure all plumbing designs and installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing design and implementation in the construction industry.
