Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering project management services for clients.
• Exceptional business development ambition and demonstrated experience in driving growth.
• Experience in major construction sectors including commercial real estate and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team and ensure delivery of all accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and PM services.
• Research market conditions and publish insights for the construction market.
• Produce thought leadership reports and market analyses.
• Manage strategic and operational PM Services, including resource and financial management.
• Set strategy aligned with business plan and lead talent development.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and client pipeline development.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs; attend networking events with directors.
• Mentor staff and coordinate talent acquisition for future staffing needs.
• Ensure SOX controls are followed where applicable.
