Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Electrical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed electrical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus.

You will enforce technical standards, oversee long-lead procurement specs for switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs and busway, and ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth.
• Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial, natural resources, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team to deliver all accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and PM services delivery.
• Lead research on construction market conditions and publish insights.
• Produce thought leadership reports for the market.
• Manage Project Management Services including resource, financials, and training.
• Set strategy aligned with the Business Plan and drive realising opportunities.
• Mentor staff and promote career growth; manage staffing needs.
• Ensure ISO audits compliance and quality controls.
