Turner & Townsend seeks a Mechanical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management of owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. You will oversee procurement specs for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, and CDU systems, ensuring integration between owner-supplied and contractor scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering project management services for clients.
• Experience in major construction sectors including data centers and real estate.
• Strong business development ambition and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team and ensure accountability.
• Communicate with the client and oversee the PM services.
• Research market conditions and publish insights.
• Develop proposals and RFP responses.
• Mentor staff and plan for future staffing needs.
