Job summary

Imerys in Marble Hill, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and reliability of fixed plant assets. You will lead the mechanical maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while improving the overall maintenance plan.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably with mining or mineral processing. You will coordinate Preventive and Predictive programs, manage CMMS data, and drive cost-effective maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (labor unions a plus).
• Experience in mining, quarries, or mineral processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical maintenance and ensure on-site effectiveness.
• Develop and revise preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work to control costs.
• Review planning with production and attend weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure availability of parts, tools, and lubrication tasks.
• Enter data into the CMMS and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with vendors and source cost-effective materials.
• Support other locations as needed and train staff.
