Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, piping systems, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanical craftsmen to advance capabilities.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production interruptions.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Coordinate vacation calendars, overtime, tooling, and staffing with direct reports.
