We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic Mechanical Maintenance and Operations Tech I. Skills andexpectations for this position include but are not limited to:

This position, in Hopkins county has an approved Locality Premium of $3.38 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034Section 9(1).
EDUCATION: NONE
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of experience in the maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: NONE
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must be 18 years of age.
May be required to take care of emergency repairs twenty-four hours a day.
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
