Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.
• Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs the work of employees in the maintenance and operation of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Repairs and maintains electrical, plumbing and sewerage operations.
• Inspects and checks for the working performance of equipment.
