Rolls-Royce plc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to analyze and optimize mechanical designs. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite on average) with relocation assistance and a competitive pay range.

You will perform Aeros/Thermal, Acoustic and Structure analyses, develop models, and apply Robust Engineering principles to ensure robust designs meeting program milestones while driving continuous improvement and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering, or JD/PhD.
• US citizenship is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design methodologies and cross-discipline concepts.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Aeros/Thermal, Acoustic and Structure mechanical design and analysis.
• Develop and refine numerical models; implement boundary conditions across disciplines.
• Provide advisory services and act as a point of contact within the engineering discipline.
• Support continuous improvement of tools and processes within the team.
