Job summary

NES Fircroft has a permanent opening for a Mechanical Integrity Engineer in El Paso, TX. The role leads the site MI inspection program and provides maintenance and reliability engineering support for a chemical processing facility.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 2 years in MI/QA or maintenance supervision, and experience with API standards and PSM. Onsite, full-time with ~10% travel. NI field leadership and safety focus are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting Mechanical Integrity/QA programs or maintenance supervision.
• Working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Experience with CMMS platforms; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Mechanical Integrity inspection program and provide maintenance/reliability support.
• Oversee inspections per API 510/570/653; ensure PSM compliance and MIQA standards.
• Develop inspection/maintenance plans and track reliability metrics.
