Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer in Nederland, TX. You will lead the MI program for critical equipment, coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, API/industry standards expertise, and collaboration with maintenance, operations, and regulatory teams to drive reliability improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, materials, or related engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in mechanical integrity, asset integrity, or related roles in an industrial setting.
• API certification preferred/required (API 510, 570, and/or 653).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Mechanical Integrity program for pressure vessels, pipelines, tanks, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
• Plan and oversee inspections (NDT, visual, pressure tests, thickness) per schedules and standards.
• Analyze inspection data to evaluate corrosion, wear, remaining life, and reliability trends.
