Lubrizol is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer in Avon Lake, OH to lead the site MI program, determine EMS strategies, and select NDE/PdM technologies to ensure safe, reliable fixed equipment and support capital planning.

You will partner with maintenance and reliability teams, perform RBI and FFS evaluations, manage RCFA, and drive improvements across vessels, piping, tanks, and heat exchangers while ensuring adherence to API and ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; mechanical preferred.
• 5 years in maintenance, reliability, or MI in a chemical plant.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with API/ASME codes and standards.

Responsabilités

• Implement asset management strategies with Maintenance & Reliability teams.
• Serve as MI and Fixed Asset expert for the site.
• Develop and maintain MI programs for vessels, piping, tanks, heat exchangers, valves.
• Perform RBI assessments and set inspection intervals per API.
• Support FFS evaluations and corrosion analyses for safe operation.
• Oversee inspections, analyze data, and drive reliability improvements for static equipment.
• Lead RCFA for integrity-related incidents.
• Provide capital project support for equipment design and PSV sizing.
• Assist in turnaround planning and execution related to fixed equipment.
• Contribute to criticality analysis and ranking for utility/process systems.
