Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related technical functions.
• Good conversational English, with professional communication.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, industrial systems, or manufacturing projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Relocation and 100% onsite work in El Paso, Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Support installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Analyze issues and develop practical solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and other technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Adapt to new equipment, technologies, processes, and project requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and client requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and research solutions independently.
