Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking an Inspector 2 in Broomfield to partner with fellow inspectors in ensuring product conformance to prints and specifications. You will report to the Sr.

Quality Manager and learn mechanical inspection techniques and procedures. Responsibilities include inspecting products to drawings, using PLM/ERP systems, and performing mechanical and visual inspections in lab and cleanroom environments.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn mechanical inspection in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude with numbers and basic math and geometry.
• Able to absorb and interpret visual information.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Learning the mechanical inspection techniques and product requirements for MKS Broomfield products.
• Working from written procedures, drawings, sketches and specifications.
• Inspecting products mechanically to prints and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection.
• Interacting with the PLM system to access documentation and interacting with the ERP system to perform transactions.
• Performing mechanical and visual inspection in both a lab and cleanroom environment.
