• Experience supporting large, complex projects is required
• Sage 300 experience strongly preferred

• Provide project coordination and administrative support for large commercial mechanical/HVAC projects
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Track project documentation, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, and other project-related information
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure required documentation is completed and distributed appropriately
• Assist with project cost tracking, billing documentation, and reporting
• Help keep multiple project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables organized and on schedule

Established commercial contractor in Houston is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Coordinator to support large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support for large commercial mechanical/HVAC projects
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Track project documentation, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, and other project-related information

Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
