Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Service Technician III to support property maintenance across our Northern Kentucky communities. You will perform general maintenance, HVAC and appliance repairs, and assist with make-readies, while upholding safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA 608 certs, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to use industry-specific technology.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under minimal supervision.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, HVAC, and appliance repairs for apartments and common areas.
• Assist with make-readies and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify hazards and report to Community/Service Manager per safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; ensure move-in readiness.
