The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a current HVAC license, and basic familiarity with carpentry or electrical; you will work with safety and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Current HVAC license.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, or appliances.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment.
• English literacy required to read instructions and take direction.
• REAL ID driver license required for federal facility access.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, repair, and complete troubleshooting for HVAC systems and parts.
• Diagnose HVAC issues such as no heat or no air.
• Replace commonly-used HVAC parts and assist with full system replacements.
• Respond to residential maintenance service calls including plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Update work orders with time, materials, and notes on mobile devices.
