Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education is required.
• Ability to train others on at least one complete mechanical scope.
• Experience on construction projects preferred.

• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform listed construction tasks such as string line, laser, pile shakeout.
• Train team members on at least one mechanical scope.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain safety and quality in field operations.
• Document field decisions and production tracking.
