Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on solar field construction sites across the United States. The role centers on the electrical scope, including trenching, cable installation, splices, testing, and equipment installation.

The candidate should have experience supervising a crew of 10+ and ensuring safety and quality on outdoor projects. GED or equivalent is required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Can independently perform the following: DC Trench, MV Trench, MV Cable Install, CAB Transition Conduit, Fiber Install, DC Splice, MV Splice, SCADA Equipment Install, CAB Install, Combiner Box Install, Combiner Box Termination, Labeling, Fiber Termination, LOTO, Switching/Energization, String Current Checks, PD Testing, VLF Testing, VOC Testing, IV Curve Testing, IR Scanning, Survey/As-Built.
