Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreman/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing crews and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong safety awareness and protocol adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew within their area of the project.
• Schedule and coordinate activities with other trades.
• Read plans to determine construction requirements and procedures.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations; inspect progress and safety.
• Maintain records of personnel and production data.
• Provide assistance with construction activities and use of tools.
