Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of foreman experience and a proven ability to lead crews, read plans, and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreman/leadership experience preferred.
• 5-8 years of verifiable construction experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews within their area of the project.
• Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned workers with other trades.
• Reads specifications and plans to determine construction requirements.
• Locates, measures, and marks site locations using measuring tools.
• Records personnel, production, and operational data on reports.
• Assists workers with construction tasks using hand tools.
• Inspects progress, equipment, and site to verify safety and specifications.
• Trains and supervises workers on safety policies and procedures.
