Job summary

Archer Western Construction, LLC is seeking a Concrete General Foreman for the WMW/Central Valley WRF, in South Salt Lake, Utah. The Concrete General Foreman will supervise, coordinate, and schedule a crew of 3-15 construction employees daily; oversee concrete operation on the jobsite in assigned area.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews within their area or portion of the project.
• Coordinates activities of assigned craft workers and communicates with other trades.
• Reads specifications and plans to determine construction requirements.
• Measures and marks site locations using marking tools.
• Records personnel, production, and operational data on forms or reports.
• Assists workers with construction tasks using hand tools or equipment.
• Inspects progress, equipment, and site to ensure safety and compliance with specs.
