ITAC is hiring in Norfolk, VA for an Industrial Mechanical Foreman to lead crews on diverse projects. You will read schematics, plan work, and mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, while coordinating with teams to ensure safety and efficiency. Procore proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman.
• Lay out and run crews on project tasks.
• Read schematics and blueprints; assist with planning and material ordering.
• Knowledge of Procore.

Responsibilities

• Layout and lead crews on multiple tasks across projects.
• Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices on site.
• Assist with planning of work and material ordering.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

• Salary between $74,880k to $79,040k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
• Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
• Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
• Ability to work on tools when needed.
• Have working knowledge of Procore
