Job summary

ITAC in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Industrial Electrical General Foreman to lead multiple projects on a single site. You will supervise foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, ensure safety, schedule materials, and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Able to read electrical schematics and blueprints; assist in planning and ordering material.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

The typical hourly rate for this position is $41.34 to $47.11 based on experience
