Job summary

ITAC is seeking an Industrial Electrical General Foreman to lead electrical projects at a Virginia site. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, read schematics, and plan material while mentoring Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.

The role demands hands-on electrical work as needed and strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with teams and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a single industrial site.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience in mentoring Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints; assist in project planning and ordering material.
• Mentor and guide Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously at a single site.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Hourly Rate: $41.34 to $47.11 overtime opportunites available (Based on experience)
