ITAC, a 100% employee-owned company in Norfolk, VA, seeks an Industrial Electrical Superintendent to lead complex electrical projects. You will oversee projects, mentor crews, and coordinate with teams to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience mentoring Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Assist in project planning and material ordering.
• Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize Procore or similar construction management software.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 yearly. (Based on experience)
