Job summary

ITAC is hiring an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman to lead several projects at a Virginia site. You will mentor Foremen, Journeymen and apprentices, read schematics/blueprints, and support planning, scheduling, and cost-code processes. Procore proficiency and solid communication are essential.

Salary ranges from $87,000 to $89,500 with overtime opportunities. Benefits include health, 401k/ESOP, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman.
• Ability to mentor Foremen, Journeymen and apprentices.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Assist with planning of work, schedule, cost code reading, structure and development, and material ordering.
• Working knowledge of Procore and basic computer skills.

• Salary between $87,000 and $89,500 depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
• Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site.
• Have good communication skills
• Ability to work on tools when needed.
• Be able to mentor Foreman’s, Journeymen, and apprentices.
• Be able to read schematics and blueprints
• Assist with planning of work as well as schedule and cost code reading, structure, and development, and material ordering.
• Have working knowledge of Procore.
• Have basic computer skills.
