Job summary

Stadler US is seeking a Mechanical Final Assembly Foreman to oversee the final assembly process, ensuring quality and on-time completion of our products. You will lead the assembly team, mentor staff, and coordinate with engineering and quality control to resolve production issues.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in leadership, and strong communication, problem-solving, and safety-focused mindset to maintain high standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the final assembly team to complete production on time.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve assembly efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are defect-free.
• Train and mentor team members on procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and report production progress.
• Attend management meetings to discuss goals and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
