Job summary

LINK Staffing is seeking a Final Assembly Technician to perform final mechanical and electrical integration of industrial products before inspection, testing, and shipment. The role requires hands-on assembly, reading blueprints, and performing basic electrical tests in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will assemble components into enclosures, use voltmeters, and ensure workmanship meets quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in final mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and bills of material.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and electrical testing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components into enclosures.
• Perform low-voltage wiring, routing, termination, labeling, and basic tests.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, work orders, and BOMs.
• Utilize hand and power tools and measuring devices safely.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and workmanship.
• Record labor and progress data; maintain 5S safe workspace.
