Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies in Tualatin, Oregon, seeks a hands-on Final Assembly Lead to coordinate daily activities in shipping and final assembly. This working lead role provides technical guidance, promotes safety and quality, and actively participates in assembly and shipping operations to meet customer commitments.

You will train teammates, troubleshoot production issues, interpret drawings, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and provide technical assistance to Final Assembly and Shipping team members.
• Serve as a resource for employees by sharing best practices and troubleshooting production issues.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate production priorities and support execution of daily work assignments directed by production leadership.
• Lead by example through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to company values.
• Perform and lead final product assembly activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
• Build shipping pallets, crate products, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Clean, inspect, package, and stage products for customer delivery.
• Verify completed work meets quality and customer specifications.
• Complete required production, inspection, and shipping documentation accurately and on time.
