Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a hands-on Final Assembly Lead to coordinate daily activities in Shipping and Final Assembly. The role combines leadership with hands-on work, promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement while assisting team members on the shop floor.

The position covers 4-day day/swing shifts and 3-day weekend shifts, with responsibilities including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and provide technical assistance to Final Assembly and Shipping team members.
• Lead final product assembly activities and ensure quality and on-time shipping.
• Build pallets, crate products, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily work and communicate priorities with production leadership.
