Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Mechanical FieldWorks to lead and grow its mechanical capabilities across nuclear, power, and energy-adjacent markets. You will develop high-performing crews, oversee field execution, and maintain strong customer and union relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, outage execution, or field services in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading union craft workforces with strong field execution knowledge.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical disciplines with subject matter credibility.
• Ability to assess talent, identify skill gaps, and coach craft personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and oversight of mechanical maintenance, outage, and project work.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure work is done safely and per codes and standards.
• Partner with customers to define scopes, staffing, and execution strategies.
• Develop and coach high‑performing mechanical crews and leaders.
• Support training, qualification, and workforce development strategies.
