Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction/engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical construction estimating.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret cost data and specifications.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; familiar with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and estimates for small to medium projects.
• Analyze drawings, perform material take-offs and pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and coordinate with vendors.
• Review RFPs and prepare bid packages with scope clarity.
• Present estimates to internal stakeholders and update bid docs.
