Confidential Employer. in the Denver metro area is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.

You will review drawings, specs, and bid documents, calculate material, labor, and equipment costs, and manage multiple estimates up to $1 million. Join a team that values expertise and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience in HVAC, plumbing, or process piping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Experience preparing material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
• Understanding of mechanical construction methods, field conditions, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Experience with QuickPen, AutoBid, or Bluebeam is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with healthcare, laboratory, institutional, or industrial projects is a plus.

Note

Candidates must have 1+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience involving HVAC, plumbing, or process piping.
