Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications.
• Proficient in take-offs and scope analysis.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and contracts to determine scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, equipment).
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare complete bid proposals and summaries.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving options.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
