Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating is required.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and contracts to determine scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related equipment.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotes and evaluate them.
• Prepare bid proposals and estimates summaries.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving options.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
