You will guide CAD work, FEA validation, and manufacturing planning to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready fixtures. The role emphasizes leading seven to ten direct reports, strengthening design processes, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and driving continuous improvement in capability, quality, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience in test fixture development for ATE.
• 5+ years leading multiple direct reports in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of customer demands through engineering processes for fixtures.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing to meet technical requirements.
• Identify and implement design/process/tool improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and report key performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of seven to ten direct reports.
