Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with CS knowledge.
• 3–6 years of experience in electronic/electro‑mechanical fixtures and testing.
• Experience designing test fixtures using hardware and software.
• Knowledge of CNC setup and operation is a plus.
• Proficiency with C#, VB6, Python, Altium, Solidworks and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing processes in the Manufacturing Test engineering department.
• Develop and implement test strategies for high-quality products.
• Maintain records of test reports and calibration data.
• Interface with Design Engineering to support NPIs and schedule fixtures.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality practices across test activities.
