Responsibilities

• Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to minimize downtime and customer impact.
• Coordinate and perform test fixture PM and calibration activities as scheduled; address OOT issues.
• Lead test fixture maintenance programs and align efforts with project requirements.
• Engage with other test engineers and BU customers to deploy new test fixtures.
• Drive new fixture designs and implement them as needed; manage multiple development projects.
• Report on project performance; document deployment issues and drive resolution to closure.
• Develop and manage SOWs for test fixtures or programs; coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Lead cost-reduction efforts using DFx principles to improve delivered quality.
