The Mechanical Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for the development of fixtures used for in-circuit and functional testing of printed circuit and electro-mechanical assemblies, including: generation of required computer aided design files; finite element and strain analysis and verification; engineering quality control; generation of manufacturing planning inputs and execution instructions; and ERP system release of engineered demands to the procurement and manufacturing teams. This manager establishes standards for tools, processes, and techniques used to efficiently complete and verify high quality, manufacturing-ready test fixture designs.
