Job summary

Circuit Check, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead a team responsible for designing fixtures for automated testing of PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies, creating CAD files, performing FEA, and releasing engineered demands to procurement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in fixture development, and 5+ years of leadership. Strong CAD/PLM/ERP skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience developing test fixtures for automated test equipment (ATE).
• 5+ years leading multiple direct reports in mechanical/electro-mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across Mechanical Engineering, FEA, QA, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to meet quality, cost, and cycle time goals.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and manufacturing to integrate technical requirements into fixture designs.
• Identify and implement design/process/tool improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
• Maintain and report key performance metrics for the engineering team.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance management for 7–10 direct reports.
