Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s Degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years of related work in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient CAD experience in Solid Edge, SolidWorks, and NX.
• Strong GD&T application per ASME Y14.5 and Y14.100; dimensional tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Support hiring, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Drive development processes and best practices across mechanical engineering.
• Lead mechanical design decisions for new product development and legacy support.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
