Northrop Grumman is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager 2 to lead a Marine Systems engineering team across Sunnyvale, CA and Ocean Springs, MS. You will own design processes, oversee cost estimates, and guide fabrication and subsystem development for a complex Navy hardware program.

The role requires strong leadership, design engineering and systems management skills, with responsibility for staffing, training, and performance reviews. US citizenship and a Secret clearance are prerequisites.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master/PhD with required engineering experience as specified.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Strong fundamentals in design and systems engineering, leadership and collaboration.
