Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or Master/PhD) with 5–9+ years engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in design engineering and systems engineering.
• Experience leading teams and communicating across programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and technical direction to a Marine Systems integrated engineering team (~12 engineers).
• Guide design and development of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic subsystems.
• Support test, qualification, and delivery activities for a complex hardware product for the U.S. Navy.
• Lead timekeeping, performance reviews, staffing, and training for direct reports.
