Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant engineering roles.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required at time of application, DoD Top Secret preferred.
• Experience with ICBM sustainment and related mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Minuteman III ICBM sustainment mechanical engineering.
• Oversee performance management, staffing, and merit planning for the group.
• Provide project and technical oversight for group activities and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead cross-team collaboration for engineering processes and SOW execution.
