Qualifications

• U.S. citizen capable of obtaining SAP access.
• Top Secret clearance possible.
• Minimum 1 year aerospace/defense experience.
• Minimum 3 years in CAM/EVMS; strong leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to multiple programs (Sentinel GBSD and ICBM) and ensure goals are met.
• Lead improvements in design department including hiring, development, and retention.
• Mentor section managers and employees; support proposals, audits, and stand-ups.
• Create and manage high-performing teams delivering complex engineering programs.
